HelpIf you are not able to see the Pay Now link logo upon receiving your confirmation message could be probably because your e-mail settings are configured not to accept images, change your settings to allow images, if still doesn't work just access www.paypal.com and send your payment directly to r.silva@dominicanairporttransfers.com, remember to include your service dates on the space provided for comments on your payment.
If you don't received your confirmation message within 30 minutes after you booked your service could be due for the following reasons:
1- The e-mail address you used is corporate, try to rebook again by using an alternate e-mail address account such as Yahoo, Gmail, hotmail etc.
2- Your ISP provider has activated an 'spam' filter to the e-mail server to avoid 'spamming' and viruses.
3- Your confirmation message went directly to your 'spam' or 'junk' inbox, look there to see if the message is there.
4- Confirmation message was deleted by mistake and you will need to rebook again.
5- The e-mail address provided by you was not written properly and the message was lost or sent to somebody else.
All duplicated bookings will be cancelled to avoid confusions on our site's administrator files, you will received a cancellation message but don't worry you still will be booked with us.
